Plan and schedule your social media and blog posts
Track status • Organize by platform • Export as CSV
This tool helps you plan and track content across multiple platforms. Add posts with a title, date, platform, status, and description. The calendar sorts posts by date automatically and displays them in a table view.
All data is stored in your browser's localStorage — it persists between sessions on the same device but is not synced to the cloud. Use the Export CSV button to download your calendar for backup or import into other tools like Google Sheets or Trello.
A healthy content calendar balances four types:
Plan content in weekly or monthly batches rather than daily. Set aside 2–3 hours to plan, write captions, and schedule. This reduces daily decision fatigue and ensures consistent posting even during busy weeks.
Every Monday, plan your week's posts across all platforms. Add titles, dates, and statuses. Check the calendar view to spot gaps or overlaps.
Running a product launch or seasonal campaign? Use the calendar to map out teaser posts, launch day content, and follow-up posts across platforms.
Share your exported CSV with team members or clients. Everyone sees the same schedule, deadlines, and platform assignments.
Export your calendar monthly to review what you posted, which platforms got attention, and where to adjust your strategy.
