Who We Are
ToolPond was founded in 2026 by Shahid Abbas, a web developer based in Pakistan. The main purpose of this website is to provide a comprehensive collection of free online calculators that are fast, accurate, and respect your privacy.
I am enthusiastic about creating quality free tools for public use. Every calculator on this site was developed in-house using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I handle everything myself — coding, testing formulas, and maintaining the site.
Our Tools
The calculators on this site are grouped into several categories: financial, fitness & health, utilities, and productivity. All calculators were built from scratch.
More than 90% of the calculators are based on well-known formulas or equations from textbooks and established sources, such as:
- The mortgage calculator uses standard amortization formulas
- The BMI calculator follows WHO guidelines
- The calorie calculator uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation
- The compound interest calculator uses standard financial formulas
If formulas vary by source or are controversial, I provide the results of all popular formulas so users can compare. Calculators meant for amusement (such as compatibility tests) are based on internal formulas and clearly labeled as such.

I take accuracy seriously. Before publishing any calculator:
