ToolPond is created, operated and maintained by Shahid Abbas, an individual web developer based in Pakistan. There is no company behind the site at this time.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using toolpond.org (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site provides

The Site offers free online calculators, converters, generators, games and written guides. Most tools run entirely in your browser. The Site is provided for general information, education and entertainment.

3. No professional advice

Results and articles are estimates for general information. They are not medical, health, financial, tax, legal or other professional advice. Do not rely on a result to make an important decision without checking it with a qualified professional. See the full Disclaimer.

4. No warranty

We work to make our tools accurate and describe how they work on our methodology page, but the Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for your purpose. Reference values such as rates, tax brackets or averages can go out of date.

5. Acceptable use

Use the Site only for lawful purposes.
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or break into the Site.
Do not use automated tools to copy large parts of the Site, or to generate artificial traffic or ad clicks.
Do not misuse the contact form to send spam or abusive messages.

6. Intellectual property

The text, design and code of the Site are the work of Shahid Abbas unless stated otherwise. You may link to any page and may quote short excerpts with a link back to the source. Please do not republish whole pages or tools without written permission. Names of games, brands or products mentioned belong to their owners.

7. Your data

Numbers you type into a tool are processed in your browser and are not sent to our servers. The Privacy Policy explains what information third parties such as Google may collect when you visit.

8. Advertising and third-party services

The Site may show advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense, and uses third-party services such as Google Fonts and our hosting provider. Ads are separate from our content, and we do not endorse advertised products. Do not rely on an advertisement as advice from us.

Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolPond and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or from reliance on any result or content. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
