How to Play Sky Spirit
Sky Spirit is a free lane-dodge arcade game. Your spirit floats in one of three vertical lanes while storm clouds, debris and light orbs scroll toward you. Switch lanes to dodge hazards and collect orbs, and keep an eye out for the boss waves that speed everything up. The game tracks your distance and orb count for every run.
Controls
- Swipe left or right, or tap the left or right half of the screen, to change lane.
- On a keyboard, use the left and right arrow keys.
- Your spirit slides smoothly between the three lanes.
- Hitting any hazard ends the run immediately.
Hazards and boss waves
- Storm clouds are the standard hazard and appear in a random lane at a steady pace.
- Boss bolts appear only during boss waves and move faster than storm clouds.
- Boss warning: a short alert appears roughly every 500 meters, followed by a faster wave of hazards.
- Each later boss wave arrives further apart in distance, but the base difficulty keeps climbing.
Tips for a higher score
- Default to the center lane. From the middle you can dodge in either direction instead of being boxed in on one side.
- Use the boss warning. It gives you a moment to refocus before the pace increases.
- Do not chase orbs into danger. Only collect orbs that are already on a safe path.
- Expect steady acceleration. Speed and spawn rate both increase as distance grows.

What happens during a boss wave?
Hazards spawn faster and move quicker for a short, intense stretch after the warning, then difficulty returns to the normal level.
What do the orbs do?
They add to your end-of-run tally alongside distance. They do not change how the game plays.
Does it save my best distance?
Yes, in your own browser. Clearing site data removes it.
